The Well-pak shall consist of 4-solderless connectors with clear heat shrink tubing; 4-1" red brass insert male adapters; 10-1" stainless steel clamps by Ideal, #6816; 1-torque arrestor made with FDA approved PVC; 2-rolls 3/4" X 60' electrical tape; 1-1" brass pitless adapter by Simmons Mfg. McDonough, GA Model 1840; 1-6" watertite cap shall be 2 piece, cast iron construction with a grounding lug connection, manufactured by Baker Mfg. Co. Evansville, WI and 1-1" galvanized steel insert male adapter.
